crazy Amp Installation (HELP)

Air ducts under seats, install amp over it- is this bad.
wow Well i was sealing up those holes today, (thank you guy) and i came accross this. Under the driver seat and passenger seat are these air ducs that shoot air when he ac is tunred on for feet. for all you tech guys can this be a problem- they mounted it over the airduc and boldted the amp down right over it. should it be relocate or this this fine. here are some pictures.
