ARB roof rack mounting question

ARB roof rack mounting question

So I got the ARB full length rack today. Quite stoked with it, but I have run into a problem as far as mounting my shovel+axe. I ordered 4 Davis Quick Fists (cheap, $10 a pair) that will hold onto the shovel and the axe;

and now I need to figure out a mounting solution to connect the Quick Fists to the roof rack itself. There's a hole in the bottom of the quick fists and it can either go on the roof rack frame bars or the mesh floor itself I suppose. Any suggestions?
More pics of the new rack.

I got just the fix for ya.
I do not have mine mounted this way anymore, as my shovel and axe are now made by Hi-Lift called the Handle-All, it all fits in a bag in the rig.
Here is how I had them on the back of the factory rack.

Luke, owner of Fourtreks has the round rings that hold the Quick Fists mounts you got that should fit your rack.
If you know the diameter of the ARB racks tubing, you can select on his site the corrent rings to get.
It is best to call him up, and let him know you have the Quick Fists already, and you just need the plates and rings to mount them to your rack.
