ARB front bumper install writeup?

ARB front bumper install writeup?
I remember seeing a detailed write up for the ARB front bumper installation. It was very detailed, with great pictures of the whole process. Does anyone remember seeing this?
My GF smashed the #$%#$ out of the front of the FJ last night in a bad snow storm, and now we need to get body work done.
Instead of replacing all the toyota plastic, we wanted to go with the arb, and the body shop is going along with it. The body man just wanted to see what factory parts he did and did not need to replace with the ARB. Christ, the plastic parts all add up to the price of the ARB anyway....
Anyway, any help with links to detailed installation of this bumper would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
Jason

Hello Jason, I have not seen one submitted here yet.
I have seen one on Mud
http://forum.ih8mud.com/fj-cruiser/
and over at the big FJ site.

Thanks Corey.
The one on ih8mud.com is real close. I do remember seeing one that had more detail of the trimming on the fender liner and some little hints all on one page. I think it was someones personal site. Every detailed thing I can find to make the body mans job easier will save me money and make my install the best it can be.
I REALLY hate going back and fixing a "professionals" work..... Thats why I quit going to my local dealers-I ended up doing the jobs (correctly) I paid them to do anyway.
Anyway, Thanks again Corey!

Jason, you might find this link handy.
http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forums/member-build-ups/
A lot of members there have a complete buildup of their rig in that section, including me.
Mine is a mirror of my buildup thread on YotaTech and also IH8MUDs site.
I am sure in one of those threads is a writeup on the ARB installation.
