Toyota T100 starting problem

Won't start. will turn ...I know it isn't the starter. Can turn and turn for 15 min. and it might fire ....(will be the starter soon) Once it gets started it runs fine. It is not the fuel compression or the fuel pump. Any ideas?

T100 Won't Start

It's such a good running truck. I'd hate to let it go. Toyota dealer has it right now. $70 an hour. They want to go more. I figured since it was a dealer they would probably know what the problem was... I've put over $1000 in parts. Took it all apart ...cleaned valves..put new fuel cylinders. Put it all back and it wasn't any different from before I took it apart. Finally gave in and towed it to the dealer. They went an hour and couldn't find the problem. The only thing different they did..was check the fuel compression. I was thinking it had to be a sensor or the computer. I thought they could tell that. I think they are just taking advantage of me because I'm female. Any ideas? Anyone have this problem and resolve it?
