t100 ideas.

Ok i recently got a 97 t100 sr5. Its got 250,000 miles on it and i drive roughly 65miles a day in it. So as far as doin mods i gotta keep it hwy friendly. I was wanting some advice on whats the best way to go cuz its a daily driver but we take it up and down trails almost everyvweekend. I would like to put limited slip in the front diff but not sure if it would hurt it any. But ill take any advice i can get thank you

I wouldn't recommend a LSD in the front based on two things. First off, the pulling effect while in 4wd on the street (location dependant, whether it snows where you live) would not be fun. Second, the excess wear from the ADD hubs would tear up cv axles fairly easily. Now, the second issue is easily bypassed by putting manual hubs on, but your still stuck with the first issue...

Now, as far as modifying it and keeping it highway friendly, it is a pretty capable truck stock. A nice set of tires, maybe some decent shocks, and you'll be good.
