T-100 Heater Core

Greetings,

I'm the happy owner of a 1995 T-100 DX 2WD Ext Cab (though the tailgate says SR5). It has the 5VZ-FE engine and it's time to replace the leaky heater core (285K). I know this is a lengthy job and have considered taking it to a shop (or tackling it in a weekend). I've attached a picture of what the replacement part looks like and am confused because what I see coming through the fire wall are 2 evenly-spaced pipes. What's pictured and what I've seen in the parts stores do not appear to match what's already there. Am I missing something? Are there other parts I need to purchase?

Please advise,
Fabuis
