New truck couple problems.

Hey guys i just got a 95 toyota t100 and i have a few problems. it missfires alot, wont rev very well, no power. And it will NEVER start when its warm. I tried replacing plugs and wires, didnt help. i was told it was probably the fuel pump or fpr. does this sound right? The only other problem is it leaks diff fluid from the rear axle around the leaf spring mount. Not the end of the axle though. any ideas whats leaking here? iv been searching for days!

Cracked spring perch...common prob with the 4WD axles that git wheeled hard in rust country. You can have it welded up and then git some beefier spring perches welded on.

Check that the coolant temp sensor (ECU one not the gauge one) is within the resistance range/limits. Has someone messed with the knock sensors wiring? The knock sensor wires will git brittle and can crack if moved...causing shorting.

Another thing to check are vacuum leaks, stuck IAC (idle air control) valve (located under the throttle body), bad coils, dirty throttle body, leaking throttle body...

If someone has a smoke machine...use that to check fer leaks. You can use the smoke machine on the rear axle and see where the smoke comes out at. Same goes fer the intake/vacuum system.

Check your mass air flow sensor too, if you engine has one. It's probably pretty crudded up. Get some MAF cleaner and like Bam said, check the throttle body as well.

So its probably cracked somewhere around were the leaf spring mounts? and i just picked up a reapir manual so ill look into every thing you guys suggested. thanks for the help at least i know were to start now!

It also looks like your parking brake is disconnected and with that much rust could be frozen. I would make sure that your back brakes are functional.
