Been reading a lot lately how people will get the exhaust Crossover Delete on the 3VZE engine, is it worth it, it would be something I would have to take into a shop to have done, but if it decreases the likelihood of encountering head gasket issues it would be worth serious consideration.

 

Not really worth having a shop do it. Youll have to pull the engine or remove the heads to get the old one out. And if youre doing that, put a 3.4 in.

Just dont let your truck over heat and you shouldn't have head gasket issues.
