96 T100 diesel swap

I am considering a 2lte diesel swap into a 96 T100 2wd automatic 3.4 ... any recommendations ?

Probably make a decent tow rig for its size. I haven't heard of anyone doin it with a T, but if you do, document it. Might be kinda cool.

I recall someone selling a T-100 that had been converted to a diesel...a 4bt diesel engine? I think they listed it fer about $14,000 on eBay.
