96 T100 4x4 front axle questions
Does anyone know what size socket I need to remove the the 2 nuts on the front axle to remove the main hub as I need to replace the rotors? Any tips?
Do I need to replace the hub bearing seal? or outer hub gasket?
Please I need to be sure not "I think" Thinking in not knowing. Sorry but in the past I ask questions and I get " I think answers" which are not helpful.

2 1/8" i recall or 54mm.
Get yourself a haynes manual, it will explicity explain it, even if you cant find a t100 a pickup/4runner one will work its the same exact setup.
Basically you need to remove brake caliper and the hub, then the wheel bearings by removing the locking rings, then yank off the rotor bearings and all. Rotor is attached with bolts to the hub, remove said bolts and put new rotor on. Then put it back together with new grease, torque wheel bearing nuts, put hub back on.
