95 Toyota T100 auto tranny problem

95 Toyota T100 auto tranny problem
I have a 95 T100 with auto trans and 4x4 Drive it for 15 min exactly and the OD light comes on and flashes and the truck radically shifts pull over and shut the truck off and it resets itself and works perfect agian for another 15 min whats up changed the trans solenoids not it! Thanks for any help
