Im overdue for a t-belt, last one was one approx 110k ago. Recently I noticed I have a tick that occurs once the engine warms up. It appears to be coming from what we (me and my mechanic buddy) suspect is either the left rocker cover area (valves, but doubtful b/c they hardly ever go outta spec) or the hydraulic tensioner down by the t-belt. Kinda hard to pinpoint, but we settled on the lower t-belt casing b/c thats where the noise was loudest.

Noise is not there when cold, when warmed up fully can easily be heard at idle and doesnt change if you rev it up.

Ideas? Replacing t-belt and assoc parts in about 2 weeks anyways.
