I'm helping a friend to swap a 3.4 in his 1993 T-100 DX, he got another 1993 T-100 SR5 which had been swapped to a 3.4 as a donor but that swap was incomplete and both the 1993 SR5 donor and the 1995-96 T-100 SR5 which had originally the 3.4 in were also manual transmission 4x4 but they lacked a/c. The wiring harness and cluster from the 1995-96 donor followed and is now in my friend's 1993.

We'll have to locate a few things but I'd like to have the vacuum routing specific to the 1995-96 T-100. We've got a few manuals from the local dealer but they didn't have the T-100 manual for those years. I found a lot more information for swaps in compact trucks like my 1993 but not much for the T-100. Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to figure how to setup the various VSV and add some for the A/C. I got the bracket for the compressor but just swapping the clutch didn't do it. I'll need to swap the compressor from a donor with a longer shaft.
