wire harness differences?

i have a quesiton about the different wire harnesses on the 3vze. i have 2 3vze on the gournd with everything, but they have different wire harnesses. one is labelled 51 and the other is 61. anyone know the differences? my guess was one was auto and one was a standard, seeing as one had a clutch on it and other didnt.

another kinda off topic question was the coolent lines in the front on each are different. in the center of timing cover where coolent goes one has a T where coolent goes under the plenum and to rad and other only goes to rad only. anyone know the deal on that too? i origanally thought it was because a pickup didnt have a rear heater. but i have a 93runner and it only has the one sided one on it. also have a 90runner and it has the two way one.

I just did a swap from a deluxe 4runner with zero options ,to an SR5 loom. The loom is the front dash board and controls the cruise control, power antenna, windows, mirrors turn signals, markers ect.

The swap took about 4 hours from removing the old, placing the new. Just plug up and play. Good luck.
