where do i get a 22r alternator static condenser

where do i get a 22r alternator static condenser
i cut and lost the wire on the bottom rear of the alternator that has a silver cylinder mounted to one bolt and a wire attached going to other bolt. the silver cylinder is marked "micro" can i buy a replacement stock or universal? if not, can i make one? thank you for any help 1984 22r sr5 4wd pickup first half of 84
