any one running an aftermarket alarm on an 89 pickup? my truck doesn't have power windows or locks, just want a bit better security

 

I've got a Marksman, I think. Shop around at local car stereo places, or someplace like Future Shop, Best Buy, etc. Someone will be able to point you in the right direction, and being that you don't have power locks, trunk, etc. it should be pretty cheap. Just make sure to get one with an auto arming feature - It'll arm itself about a minute after all the doors are closed - you can't forget to arm it. That feature may also save you some money on your insurance, ask your ins. company.
