Weird right signal problem on 1992 toyota pickup

Hey guys I'm new here and to toyota trucks so any help would be awesome to my problem.
Both right turn signals do not work when switched on. Both bulbs are fine and the fuse is intact. My hazards are also not working. Whenever I turn it on it'll blow the hazards fuse. Also with the right turn siganl on everything electrical will dim and go bright at the same cadence as if it was the flasher. I understand it's probably a short but I do not know where to look on my truck.

Cheers

I would start looking in the area of the bulbs and sockets first.

Are you using the correct bulbs ??

Does your Truck have one of those Evil Converter boxes ?? For trailer lights that seem to cause no end of problems

You have a short somewhere.

Like Wyoming says ^^^ and I suggest you:
1) Get a schematic from members who have similar trucks.
2) Get a multi-meter so you can test for shorts.
3) Inspect wiring between flasher relay and right-turn signals for shorts. (Need schematic to know which wires and what color to inspect).
4) Inspect turn signal receptacles for shorts

Hazard fuse blows but nothing blows when you turn on turn signals?
