switch layout

I just got a new switch to use with me rear facing lights. attached is a schematic of the switch. What I am confused on is what terminal to attach to each wire. In one position I want the lights to be on, the other postion I want them to come on with my regular reverse lights. I already have a lead from the reverse lights.

I was thinking:
1)lead from battery
2)lead to the realy for the lights
3)lead from the reverse lights
4)ground for the switch

I am just looking for some verification before I go in and start messing with the wires. Thanks for all the help.
