Sequoia rear HVAC controls question?

Sequoia rear HVAC controls question?
04 Sequoia 4x4 limited, Can anybody tell me if my rear hvac controls are supposed to be lighted at night? Currently they are not. I am trying to figure out if I just have a bulb blown or not?
