No power to ignition fuse

No power to ignition fuse
Help please,no power to ignition fuse under the dash,I have 2 tacomas so I switched out the fuse blocks,still nothing,checked every other fuse location with a test light,every one of them was hot,any thoughts??

Both Tacoma`s are the same year?? Maybe you might share just what year??
Anything else not working ??
