Horn Not Working From Inside 2003 4runner. When I Press The Remote Panic Button The Horns Work Fine. I'm In The Middle Of Single Digit Temperatures Here In Chicago. Could This Be The Problem, Mabey The Relay Is Frozen??

 

Could be the relay. maybe check the fuse, but then why would it work with the alarm. Maybe the alarm has its own seperate circuit that controls that. Good luck

 

Both Fuses Are Good, And It Was In The 40's Here Today, So I Dont Think Its Frozen. God Help Me If I Have To Go To A Dealer!
