Need recommendations for aftermarket gauges

I am in the early stages of an OM617 diesel swap and one of the things I have decided is that I want to keep my truck as stock looking as possible, this being the case I don't want to start throwing gauge pods and the like on my a pillar or center console. So I was wondering if anyone had found a sensor manufacturer whose products could be rigged to run to a tablet or my phone? Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords, but most of what google turns up for me is bluetooth adaptors for OBD systems, which I don't have.
I know that the dakota digital gauges can be accessed from a bluetooth device, but as best as I can tell that is only a secondary feature to a physical gauge and I am hoping someone makes something that I can install behind the dash and access only on a bluetooth device.

The SM-PRO with the Multiguage Link from PLX Devices has this capability. You would also need the SM-AFR if you want a gauge for AFR. I have the SM-PRO in my garage, haven't bothered to set it up yet, but have been happy using the SM-AFR for several years with the Multigauge Link and a iPhone 5s. My only complaint is you have to restart the app after turning the truck off and back on. https://www.plxdevices.com/PLX-Multi...sors-s/108.htm

That setup looks pretty good. My only complaint would be that I'd still have to buy the dakota digital to make my spedo work. Unless they also make a kit with a speedometer pickup/adapter/whatever its called. I'll keep looking, but that is definitely on the short list.
Thanks for the info.
