need ideas that work
Hey ,I have a 95 4runner that i want to get better headlights in.I just tried sylvania silverstar ultra 2004 bulbs and compared to my 2003 4runners lights they seem dim,i have to deal with alot of whitetailed deer on the way to work at night and i work third shift 12am-8am.besides throwing on driving lights are there any way to get brighter bulbs or a reputable hid lighting kit so i can get safer lighting?

Dont do it. All you do is blind the person in front of you. Very aggrevating. Just use the brights if no one is around. I hate it when people put HIDs or whatever in. especially when they dont adjust the lights right. Just my 2 cents. Welcom to yotatech. Sorry to sound like a jerk. Just kind of venting as I have dealt with this a lot lately.

Maybe you want to try testing the voltage drop to your headlights? You can upgrade to a beefier wiring harness if there is a large drop. At least I believe you can on your truck.
