fuse links???

i need to know where the fuse links are on a 79 yota 4x4. i need to find the red one for the charging system

More info, Put your vehicle info in your sig pls.

If you follow the white wire from the alt to the body, You will feel a swell in the wrapping, Unwravel the tape and it should be right there.

After having just re-ran that wire, I didn't see a fusable link in there. Granted, mine is an 84 w/ a 22r, but I've been chasing my ars all day on this thing. Mine won't charge, I've put 2 different alternators in it, a new voltage regulator and ran new wires from the alt to the reg. Also ran a new section of white wire around the first connector that was melted. I'm at a loss on this thing. Sorry to hijack.

That being said, my Haynes manual said the fusable links were at the battery, but I can't find any there either.
