Just got a 97 4runner, and the previous owner installed HIDs. He said he had someone install them and they had to disable the fogs to make them work. I checked the switch, and the connections on the fogs, all connected. Any idea how he "disabled" them?

meaning you have the correct stalk at the steering wheel for the fog lights as well?

Or is there a separate toggle switch to left of the wheel?

So the HIDs are gone now or still installed?
