I have an '87 4Runner...

There plastic taps that fit into the bumper, then the blinker assembly screws into those...

My plastic taps are worn out..can those be purchased at a local parts store? or online?

What are they called?

 

Those might be hard to find, used, maybee..., you could probably rig something, snoop around the hardware store.
