Ecm
I bought a new ecm due to my previous one getting wet the new ecm is in an it still doesn't run i am clueless to why it still doesn't crank up I replaced the efi relay before I found out the ecm was bad Im clueless to what the problem is just trying to get some advise about this 1994 Toyota pickup 4wd 22re federal emissions

Just what do you mean??
What lead you to a failed ECM/ECU ??
It cranks (engine spins) but does not start
Have you checked that the rotor does turn ??meaning the timing chain and assorted parts are working
That you have spark ?/
The fuel pump is giving you fuel
When you say new ECM/ECU Do you mean out of the box new From Toyota ??
