Early Alternator Wiring

Early Alternator Wiring help
Okay. So i'm stumped.
I have my alternator, and i have my regulator.
So heres the interesting part..
According to the autozone wiring diagram, i should have a white/green wire, a white/blue, and a white/black wire that all connect to the regulator.
As well as a solid white wire that runs directly to the alternator and regulator from the battery.
Now, i have the white wire that goes to both the regulator and alternator.
Heres the fun part.
Off my alternator on the plug i have a Big yellow, Big green and Small white/black. Going into a plug. And on that plug i have a solid black that has been cut and stripped.
And on my regulator i have the solid white, the White/Green, the White/Black, the white/red, and a small yellow..
So.
Wtf connects to what?
On the alternator side..
The colors correspond as so..
E is the Yellow
L is the Green
F is the White/Black
and B is the Solid white and runs to the battery
So, i need to know where each wire runs.
any help would be awesome
And this alternator is what was supposed to be in a 1981 Toyota pickup, i think the alternator is from an 83.
And i have no idea what year the regulator is from. It could be the 81, but none of the colors match up. I know it says "Remanufactured for Toyota 27700-X8113-84" and underneath that its "9703609-701" and next to that an LLH is scratched into the sticker. It's a NipponDenso, with the Irregular oval with only 5 prongs.

Why don`t you just upgrade to a later model alternator with an internal regulator, that way you can do away with the external regulator. Do a search here, its been done before and the wiring is pretty easy from what ive read.

Im considering it.
It's more or less a money thing.
And if i go out the pull n save my chances of finding a later model alternator that still works could be slim.
I'm doing an entire wiring harness, too..
Another thing, the FSM for this truck shows that the alternator should have B S IGN and L.. not E F B and L...

I think i have an 83 alternator, for sure.
All the wiring colors point to it.
I have the green, white/black and yellow..
But heres whats confusing me..
My regulator has a white/yellow , a white, a white/black, a white/green and a white/red..
so it doesn't match the 81 wiring diagram, or the 83 wiring..
They both just say "red" and the 81' wiring says white/yellow.
the 83 and 81 Yellow and White/yellow go to the same places.
I also have an 83 igniter and ignition coil.
So..
Both Reds (or in my case red/white) go through a 15A "engine" fuse. and both yellows (yellow/white) go through a charge light. But on the 83 diagram it shows a 7.5A charge fuse...
interesting.

HA! Figured it out.
Figured that the white/black and the white/black correspond to eachother (obviously)
And theres only two other wires on the alternator.
The green and the Yellow Turns out the yellow/white on my regulator and the yellow on my alternator both correspond to L. Which is the charge light.
So i only had one left.
I figured that the red/white goes through the 15amp engine fuse, and the white runs to the pos battery terminal.
So whats left? A green/white, and a bigger green.
SOLVED.
DONE.
JACKPOT.
cant wait to wire this turd up.

i was just gunna say
i just put a 91 alternater from a 4 runner into my 83
and just bought a self exciting regulater
then all you need to run is the output wire
no hassle with the harness just cover them and leave it
