Crap. How do i fix this?

Well, was chasing down why I dont have tail lights/ running lights and dash lights and found it. I apparently broke a relay off the fuse box on the kick panel.

Well, I was able to get it to fit on and then i can hear the relay click when I turn the lights on. However, I'm not getting any power at the connector to the dash dimmer still.

Ideas? Is it possible for the relay to still be bad?

Update- power at relay, no power at tail fuse even after relay is plugged back in. Bad relay not completing the circuit?

Do you understand how relays work??

How did you manage to break it off?

Did you replace with the proper one and do you have it installed correct??

Did you test it??

More/less yes. I have no problems admitting I'm unsure how to test this relay. I searched online a little bit but somewhat confused. I pulled up the wiring schematic and am on the right track.
Pole 1 shows as input from the headlight switch. Pole 2 is an input from an underhood relay. when inputs from the 2 complete inside the relay, closes the electromagnet and flows to pole 3 and to the tail light fuse. As i'm not seeing any voltage at the tail light fuse no matter what, Its a problem with the relay or the 2 inputs although I hear the relay click.

I had to pull the pedals out to get them fixed when i experienced the clutch pedal failure at the bracket. Apparently me or my help caught the pedal assembly on the relay.

Edit- I'm actually seeing constant 12.5 volts on one of the poles that connect to the relay. I see nothing on the headlight switch pole when i flip on the headlights. Possible bad headlight switch? Although the headlights turn on and work just fine
