I have a 1992 Toyota V6 Pickup that i have been building for the last few months basically a full restoration. The cluster lights are not working ( cluster works fine - Bulbs are not the issue ).

Now i started diagnosing the issue - There is a RED wire behind the CD player that when i put my test light on with switch in OFF no power, But when i turn it to turn on the cluster it lights the test light ON. This red wire had a BLUE clip ontop but was accidently cut off while wiring the CD player.

Any Help? Does anyone know where this red wire plugged in and if they needs to be hooked up.
