check engine light & battery light aren't working

Sorry don't know if anyone started a thread on this....

But the two lights won't turn on but my runner starts up. Checked fuses in the kick panel all are good. Could it be the 80 amp fuse under the hood? I can't read japanese.

Might be the bulbs are burnt out ?? It does happen .

I'm having a similar issue I've swapped bulbs, to no avail. I've power probed it and I don't have power into the check engine bulb.. I don't know where to go short of chasing the harness. I'll let you know how my tear down goes or if anyone else has insight
