Charge Light and Seat belt Light on?

Charge Light and Seat belt Light on?
So I was driving to the gas station pretty low on fuel like a hair over the E then my Radio stops working I have it running to my fuses. So I check the fuses one popped so replaced it, then I turn the truck on still both on and finally filled up with $35 they both turn off is that the fuel light for my truck?

I think on my truck IIRC...that combination of lights indicated problems with the alternator....been awhile, but it sounds right.
nevermind...it's not the seatbelt light...it's another light combination that indicates the alternator.
