a/c lights

a/c lights

the lights above the cd player (the a/c lights and all that) in my 94 4runner only come on at random times and i cant figure out why. any ideas?

it could be a loose bulb. Remove the a/c or heater faceplate, remove the clear thick plastic cover and you will se the small bulb with green rubber cover. Check for proper fitting.

have the same problem in my 98. the light above the fan speed slider goes out. if i tap it it comes back on, but it seems to be more tempremental now, requiring me to beat it to come on, if it does at all, i guess i should check for a loose connection. btw, the bulb, if burnt out, is like 6 bucks for 1. just FYI.

okay well i took all the stuff of and got to the bulb, but i dont see how it could be loose, so i tried to fix it but it didnt work.
