after market fog lights

hey everyone. my first post on here, but not new to toyotas. ive got a 01 sr5 4runner and i just picked up some hella optilux 1182 fog lights, and im brand new to wireing them up. i know there are plenty of diagrams everywhere, but know of any sites that show actual pictures to wire them?

also, if you have these on your 4 runner, how did you mount them to fit in the fog light holes in the bumper?

Thanks everyone!!

I picked up the Hella kit for the Toyota...it came with the mounts and wiring was just a plug-in.
