I removed my ac from my 94 toyota pickup and i wanted to know if i can remove the ac compressor ground wire or does it to to be mounted somewhere

 

Thats not the AC ground wire, it's the main battery to engine ground.

It must be solidly connected to the engine block

Make sure that everything is clean and shiny, and bolt it back to the engine near where you found it fastened before. You may have to find a shorter bolt than what was used with the AC compressor fastening.

Anywhere it will reach and still have enough slack to flex when the engine moves a little.
