87 Runner with problems

Well, I have an '87 Runner that I love. Problem is, its not loving me back. Back in Dec. I replaced my alternator because it wasnt recharging anything. Well, cutting to the chase..
After awhile with the new alternator in, my car worked fine for about 3 weeks. It then started to blow fuses left and right. Primarly, the ign. fuse, which also links to the dummy lights on the console, and the gas sensor (When it blows, my gas shows empty), and both blinkers. Took it down to a store around here, and they tested the alternator in the car with it running. Registered as 11.52 @ 2,000 RPMs. So, I thought it was bad, pulled it. Took it into the store and had them retest, and they told me the alternator was fine. So at this point, I have a fuse that keeps blowing, and its not my alternator, but it does effect my recharge system. Anyone else ever had this problem, or any idea on what it may be? Im starting to think it may be a short somewhere near, or in the wireing harness. If you have ANY ideas, please let me know. Im stumped.

I would redo all of your big wires... maybe upgrade to a nul or 4 ga wire.
