I was looking on craigs list at some trucks. Someone is selling a 1990 toyota p/u. He says that he just replaced the motor, and clutch. Though he says the truck wont rev or run above 3500rpms. He believes it is a wire problem or a knock sensor. He is selling the truck for cheap and I was wondering what it might be and how hard it might be to fix.
