1997 4runner 3.4l wiring problems

Hey guys and gals.
I bought a 97 runner sr5 4x4 3.4l with a bad motor. Swapped motor. Runs great. But..
I got a wiring issue. Running lights working head lights, dash, dome, ect, stereo.
Yes.. it's my rear window, whiper, fluid and sunroof. As well as blinkers I know this has been writin up a few times but I've done my research and I'm not getting it. Someone has gotten into it before me and I'm not great with wiring. I've checked fuses. Relays, all good. But two (hot wired?) To sunroof. Kick panel has a togel switch for God knows what yet. Also. My battery is good. Charged up holds charge. When everything is plugged in. It drains battery in about 15 min. Its been a nightmare for me. I'll post my YouTube video. If anyone has any suggestions as to where to go from here. Its appreciated. I wanted to just grab a new harness here but I can't find the proper one. Idk if it matters here but I reused my engine harness from my 1997. The motor is out of a 2001. Thanks in advance. https://youtu.be/YT1QsTD5FZo

Here's an update I'm done for the night as i feel.like I'm just twidling my thumbs.
I followed toggle switch. That's to my alarm system which I don't need. I unplugged the whole thing. No harm nothing changed. Under section of steering column is off. Same thing as the relay under dash. Was connected to the alarm system. Its off now. Would that box on the rear door create all those problems (rear wiper, rear sprayer, rear window and blinkers going out?) As well as sunroof not making any noise closing?
My thought is pull a whole harness out of a 2000 assuming connector to body harness is the right pin set up and pulling off the 2000 the rear window plugs/boxes, all the motors and hoping all together it'll work.
There is that relay to fuse box under dash. Should be blinkers. Its hot. Has power so not assuming that's a problem. Is there more relays under the fuses under dash?

The wires I thought went to an aftermarket light bar connect to fog lights. No fuse in it. Also no fog lights for it to connect to.

Can you please clarify what doesn't work. All I can tell from your post is that you swapped in a motor from a 2001. I hope you swapped the injectors and the engine harness from your 97 motor onto the 2001 motor.

So it's my rear window, rear wiper, rear wiper fluid/motor, and blinkers. As well as my sunroof. Sunroof has motor working now for close and vent (although it doesn't actually open or close just makes the noise and you can see the manual crank screw trying but it doesnt go). Asc light turns on. But close button won't make any noise or do anything.

I've been reading like crazy on it but seems to be a bit more technical than most threads I've been on.

I've thoroughly been through all my wires. Nothing out of place, burnt bent or broken. I pulled the tailgate relay box out...?? That's something I may just replace although I see nothing that has a problem like water damage or corrosion. But $30 online for a used one can't hurt to try.
Also I don't have the key for tailgate to roll my rear window down. I'm gonna try to grab a new control box for the rear tailgate tomorrow and see how that works. Otherwise, may be into a new window switch/wiring harness.
I'm just running through everyone's threads and going step by step on everything.

Also my injectors from my 97 and wiring was kept with my new motor. Everything engine wise went great.

I also think I may have missed a couple relays behind the fuse box at the kick panel. Although I don't think they are relevant. Its not gonna hurt me to open it up and check being this far in. My interior is stripped down pretty good

Found me 4 severed wires in the middle of my harness to back window. Not a place I would expect. But I'm just following everything. Don't feel I should be having such problems as I've been through everything I can imagine. Few seem they're touching together being cracked and severed. One is not connected. Going to solder them back together and tape em up real good. Fingers crossed. If not I'll be running 50 miles away to a pick n pull and ripping out a harness

Alright. So issue has been resolved on back window, wiper and washer. As I said my severed wires were in rough spot to find but it's all good now.
As for blinkers/hazards nothing yet, I did test relay and its good. Horn works so ruled out. Spliced on new connectors and new blinker bulbs. Still nothing. But I'm gonna get into the dash wiring and radio wiring and see if the last to open er up failed to plug in hazard light switch although I do hear it clicking on relay. If not there, I will replace relay and see what we got.
Sunroof still has same problem. I'm gonna replace the motor and I should figure it all out from there. More digging and reading less wasting everyone's time =)
