I need a passenger side window switch for my 4runner and I'm having a hard time finding it. The stuff I find for 88 are the wrong ones. They are actually for 85-87, but are listed as 85-88. What i found for 89 is wrong too, at least judging from the pics. Anyone know what the part number for 88 is? I doubt that 88 has a specific window switch, but so far that's what I have found. THA

 

Unless you owned this from new You have no idea if this came from the factory with power windows.

Take your Vin go to your local dealer tell them what you need be nice you might get the discount.

As you said 1988 could indeed be the only year for that switch.

What is wrong with the old switch that it does not work.

Another thought go find to door panels of the color you need with the power window option and replace them both.
