1987 4runner Mysterious Blue Plug

Hey all,
I found a blue plug under my dash to the left of the steering wheel by the clutch cancel switch and I can't figure out what it is for. Wondering if anyone can look at their rig and let me know. See pics:

I'm pretty sure that is the connector that plugs into the power mirror switch. 87 was the first year for power mirrors and back then the harnesses regardless of the options on the vehicle had everything wired in. If the vehicle didn't have that option then the connector was just taped to a branch of the harness and not used.

That would make sense because I don't have power mirrors. Thanks!

87 4runner efi fuse keeps blowing

I can start the runner, but once I let off the gas pedal it dies and the 15a efi fuse is blown. How can I fix this?
