1983 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Flasher Location? Is Flasher Unit also Charge Lamp Relay?

Hello,
I need some help finding the flasher/relay for my 1983 Toyota Pickup 4x4. I recently installed LED bulbs in the tail lights and my turn signals are hyper flashing. I do not want to put load resistors and wish to just switch out the flasher/relay to fix this problem. I found this charge lamp relay on the passenger sidekick panel. Is this the relay that I need to swap out? I can not find any other relay on either side kick panel. If I get a 85-86 Toyota Flasher and removing one resistor in the unit, would it work to fix this LED hyper flashing problem and fit my truck's wiring?

Try the upper passenger side kick panel.
On my 81 i used a TRIDON EP-35 from autozone when I did the LED conversion on my 81

I had to make jumpers to go from the stock plug to the flasher but first one lasted 3 years, i carried a spare in the glove box..

Charge Lamp Relay should be exactly that, for the charge lamp on the dash...not signal flasher.

but it is 3 am and i am beat, so hopefully some one will confirm or deny

Which pins are +, -, and load on the OEM relay?

Thanks dropzone,
I got the flasher you got and made my short connectors. I figured it out that the flasher was on the driver side. In the FSM I downloaded from Yotatech the diagram showed the flasher on the passenger side kick panel. I looked at all the little box for flasher and there weren't any. Then I found the green box flasher hidden behind the fusebox on the driver side kick panel. The Flasher and Charge Lamp Relay are switch for the 1983 Toyota Pickup. Then I found online that L = Load, E = Ground, and B = Positive. Now I my blinkers are flashing normally. Thanks for your help.
