10a guage fuse keeps blowing

Hey everyone!

First post could not find any old post that would help.
K heres the deal I have a 1989 Toyota 4wd v6 ex cab the 10A fuse blows out
Heres what I know
-blows right when I turn the ignition
-no power to blower ac/heater
-no temp of fuel guage working
-no reverse lights

So far I have tried removing the blower relay and fuses but still blows fuse
the wiring looks pretty good from last owner no hack jobs I yanked out the whole dash to get a better look in there only thing i noticed is the blower speed switch had been replaced and one tab on the plug has some evidence of burning. Any help or direction would be great thanks.

WRONG ANSWER, the fuse is blowing for a reason, and adding a bigger fuse will only make things worse or worse case start an electrical fire.
