who's interested in an ARB snorkle?

Just so you 3rd genners know, you HAVE to get that extra taco piece. The ARB snorkel was NOT designed for 3rd gens it was designed for taco's. The intake tube in the fender well is different, and w/o the tacoma part, the ARB will not reach (of course unless you make your own extension).
ALSO, you will have to bend your antenna bracket, as it gets in the way after install. After mine was bent, the antenna was not straight when it extended (most people that i remember couldn't get it straight either).
I'M NOT TRYING TO DISCOURAGE ANYONE from buying, just trying to get you ready for the install, as I have had a few pms about mine already.

Still not bad, 4x4connection wants $375.
How long is the window Phil? I have a few NEED things right now (exhaust and snatch block) then I can get the want stuff (snorkel).
If it can wait 2 or 3 weeks I'm in, 100%.
Thanks!

lol... i just hope this doesn't discourage you from participating in more group buys.
i think it would have been to your benefit to give them an idea as to how much you could knock off your normal prices though before everybody got all worked up over it. if you could have said "i'll get you as much as i can, but don't count on more than $20 or $30 off our normal prices", then maybe it could have weeded out the ones who didn't have $300 to spend in the first place.

thanks for doing this anyway and all your efforts to get us the best deals possible!
oh, and I'm sending you a PM - i need some rear pads for the cruiser...
