wheel tire question

are you able/is it safe to put a 31X10.5R15 tire on a 15X10 wheel?

for a 31 X 10.5 - it is recomended to have a rim width of 7.0 - 9.0 inches. Most tire manufacturers dont recommend 10 inch wheels until you getinto 11.5 - 12.5 tires.

I think you probably could do it, although Im not the expert...

youll pop the bead on those tires going through corners on the street...

i just pulled a tire off a ÅÅÅÅbring, the guy at walmart put the wrong size on (3 are right, left front its too narrow and popped off when my uncle pulled into the driveway...

Your sidewall will be sticking out too far. Nice for the street, a big no-no for the trails. Stay with a 8" rim then thank me later.
