What year are these wheels from?

They were on my 91 when I bought it last year, well 3 of the 4 at least. I want to try to find a 4th just like it to match. I think they are from an 84 pickup. They look similar to the SR5 Steelies but I *think* they are not those. Thanks!

Ok I'm pretty sure they are 1981-1984 SR5 wheels now.
