I have:

quart of 10w-30
jumper cables
recovery strap
rachet strap to tie down junk in the bed
tire iron
flashlight/mini tool kit
tape
fuses
bungee straps
two 5/8" shackles

it keeps watch over everything. i feed it nothing but raw meat and if somebody is snooping in my car and decides to open the cubby, then WABAMMM!! kitten attack

Mine's not a wheeler, so just the basics. Jumper cables, air compressor, tow strap, and a tire plug kit.

Since the cubby isnt that big

cubby - jumper cables and some small tools

I also have 2 small rubbermaid action packers

-extra pair of boots
-hand towels
-3 shackles
-3 million candle power light
-recovery strap
-simple wrench set
-mv50 air compressor
-extra air filter (used)
