I have a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner that leaks when it rains. I have cleaned out the drains for the sunroof several times and it still leaks on the passenger side floor. Any ideas?

Same here and I am tired of resolving it. I hope I will get an answer from someone over here.

 

I've chased this problem for over a year. Cleaned the front windshield leaf gathering area, checked heater coil and AC drain. I took to Auto shop and nothing stopped this. This problem happened after a good rain and was more noticeable when front end was parked downhill. One day after hose washing my 1st gen 2003 Prerunner I toweled it off. While wiping the (open) door jams I noticed that the passenger side the was still wet after wiping. Then I looked at inside cab seal and noticed it was every so slightly crimped over. It looked almost natural. Then doing some research it looks to be the issue. I installed a new rubber seal from A1 Auto. So far so good. Might look at this for the cause. Checked all seals. KJ
