VSC and antiskid lights are on.

VSC and antiskid lights are on.
I'm hoping someone has run across this before -- I replaced the master cylinder since the pedal was sinking to the floor and now the engine check light, VSC, and ABS warning lights have come on. I'm puzzled why this would happen. The brakes are working fine. Vehicle is 2008 RAV4 2wd.
