Valve noise after getting stuck on steep hill

Do 22R's lose engine lubrication if your on a steep hill? I was stuck on a hill, getting on it pretty good and I acquired some valve noise, after I drove it for a couple miles it got much worse and eventually stalled and didnt wanna start. I'm kinda stumped because this motor only has like 180K on it.

Valve noise, or spark knock?

Does it start now, and run correctly? Does it turn over? What exactly does "stalled" mean?

It seemed like the motor had a load on it when it quit running, no it would not turn over. There oil was at the correct level after it died. It was definetly engine noise, it would do it at idle and just get worse with RPM.

Locked up the engine.

Time for a new engine!
