two 4Runners, one project...what to do?

I am picking up a second 4Runner this weekend, that has twice the miles my current 4Ruster has(DLX) but has virtually no rust, and is an SR5.
Originally i planned on getting another parts vehicle, and combine the good parts for my single project runner. the short list for the project is a 1uz mill, and linked suspension.Let me break out the vehicle specifics:

'87 4Runner DLX 22re 5spd cold-ass A/C
Rusty frame but solid (i would not use this frame to build a rig on though)
Rusty body ordered fiberglass for all four corners(should ship in October)
Interior is in excellent shape Grey
110k miles on the clock
pops out of 1st gear, whines in 3rd and 5th
22re, has a knock and believe it is the no.4 wrist pin issue
Cost...$0 (traded my 90 Integra 256kmiles)

88' 4Runner V6 SR5 Auto w/Factory Sunroof
224k miles
Windshield cracked
Virtually no rust(Texas Truck)
Interior a bit ratty and RED with a cracked dash
TPS issue(dude told me it needs to be synced with ECM cuz he replaced it?)
V6 is a reman (looks like block is rattle canned yellow)
Needs some TLC on small stuff, lights grill...ghetto wires under hood
Cost...$800 (cold hard cash)

I have limited space, and am only going to keep the 88 as the build project. What should i be scavenging from the DLX before it leaves? Of course i will swap all the obvious cosmetics over from the DLX to the SR5, but from those that are experienced what are some desirable things to keep?

thanks,
RB

that cold AC. actually all your accessories from the motor, power steering resevoir, alternator, battery, underhood fuse block, any decent body panels (fenders, hood, doors to make half doors, tail lights, turn signals, marker lamps, grill, headlights), third members come in handy if you need spares especially if they are geared the same, rollbar, console, rear heater, list goes on. whatever the new needs.

see that is why i am asking...i didn't think about the engine accessories since one is a 22re and the other the 3.slo(i actually wanted to get 22re truck but at this price and condition id be a fool to pass). I planned on replacing the interior with the Grey DLX, not really fond of the ratty RED interior. Plus all the misc broken and worn bits that are swappable.

why the rollbar?

I also have to swap windshields...what fun that is gonna be!!!

thanks

Keep everything that you can, especially the interior part, if you don`t like the red then you can swap it out for the gray, even the dash. Ive done interior swaps before and its easy to do, just time consuming. Keep the complete wiring harness also, even if you don`t need it, there is always someone looking for one.

Thanks
I plan on swapping the interior, and you're right i should keep the other ratty red interior as spares or templates(i gots plans for some custom interiors).
I didn't think about the harness...good call.
I used to be a collision technichian(body work) i know all to well about taking out dashes. But now i have a 13yr old that is indebted to me, well atleast until he is 18, and he loves to wrench!
What i really need to do is figure out where i can store the whole truck, but so far i don't have any options.
